The White Violet Center for Eco-Justice is a Ministry of the Sisters of Providence. It is a leader in the global movement to re-connect nature, food sources and spirituality in the interdependence of all creation. The center sends ripples around the world through a steady supply of international interns who want a hands-on experience. It also provides opportunities for locals to participate in workshops on organic food production, worm composting and healthy food preparation.

At White Violet Center for Eco-Justice, you’ll find a herd of 37 alpacas, 300 acres of USDA certified organic farmland, 323 acres of classified forest, bees, chickens, a berry patch, a CSA, a large organic garden, a bluebird trail, and orchards full of apple, pear, peach, cherry and plum trees.
