February Climate Science Meetups

In 2018, Earth Charter is committed to holding public events to help YOU gather the tools you need to be an advocate in your community for climate action.

We are excited to be able to offer two events, Wednesday February 21st  to dive into climate science, local impacts of climate change, and conversation on the solutions we can take part in and push for in our cities. We're also in South Bend on February 27th to talk youth climate action.

We're getting the #FossilFreeFast team back together, with the help of Dr Gabe Filippelli, Professor of Earth Sciences at IUPUI, to talk about our climate questions with a Climate Science Workshop.

We want you to be comfortable talking about climate change so that you can put together your own "elevator pitches" and even short presentations. We'll also check in on the Indianapolis Sustainability planning process and opportunities to use our knowledge to engage with the City and our neighbors on renewable energy and more.
